Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure the boxing equipment is unused, contains all original tags, and is placed securely back in its original Drago Boxing packaging.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
